MetalPay started as an idea to solve major hurdles that arise while buying precious metals. We are keen to promote digital transactions and also to incentivise such investments. In India, this sector is majorly unorganised and outdated compared to other sectors in the 21st Century. The aim is to provide a complete overall solution in this sector.

Our team consists of diverse individuals from graduates of LSE, UCL and other Indian Universities to highly experienced with over 25 years in this industry.

Users can buy gold and silver for as low as Re.1 and can accumulate over a period of time. All the metals bought by the users are stored in a physical vault safely and securely by a reputable third party vaults. These vaults are highly recognisable in domestic and international markets and are also fully insured from all eventualities.

Any accumulated metal stored in the digital vault of a user can either be sold back or delivered to the customer’s address. Users can request for the same within the app and can avail the service.

At the time of sell back, user must provide us their bank details and can receive their money in their bank account within 2 working days. At the time of requesting delivery, user has multiple options of choosing their choice of minted products. They have to pay making charges at the time of requesting delivery. It takes 4-5 working days to deliver the minted product to the customer address. Maximum limit for each account is of Rs.50,000/- post which user is required to update KYC to convert his/her account to no-limit.

Users have multiple choices to make purchases like Credit Card, Debit Cards, Net-Banking, EWallets, and Bhim UPI.
